Flora Perrit, RMT

Flo Perritt is a registered massage therapist with a diploma from Camosun College in Victoria, BC, completing her training in 2023. Since then, she has gained diverse experience, including roles as a care aide, public speaker on trans and intersex wellness and inclusion, and an RMT at Remedy Wellness Centre before joining Alberni Massage Therapy.

Flo has a special focus on TMJ care, addressing issues related to the jaw, while also offering a full range of massage therapies. Her treatments include Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilization.

With a trauma-informed approach, Flo begins each session with an efficient health discussion and provides tailored advice when appropriate, such as exercises or modifications to habitual patterns.

She values the diversity of people, bodies, and wellness goals and is committed to working with each client to find the most effective massage therapy approach tailored to their needs.
